Susan’s career as a writer spans more than 25 years and includes experience as a journalist, author, speechwriter, ghost writer and copywriter. Today, she writes for corporate and agency clients and helps other writers with their books.
An award-winning copywriter, Susan does special projects for corporate and agency clients—including websites, video scripts and annual reports.
As a ghost writer, she’s developed successful book proposals and worked with authors under contract to major publishers. Her ghostwriting credits include an international bestseller.
The author (or co-author) of two books on the politics of parenting—including Are Our Kids All Right?, a Parents’ Choice selection—Susan has appeared in major media, including NBC's Today Show.
A former journalist, she began her career at Memphis magazine, has done reporting for Time and Fortune, and has contributed feature stories to the Washington Post.
